Flowius Manage
Flowius Manage provides a calendar for maintenance scheduling and accountability. This also includes a library of offline instructional videos in order to ensure all activities are done right.
We provide inventory management tools so that utilities, communities, and other partners may keep track of their spare parts and we can help them better understand parts usage over time.
Every time a maintenance or repair activity occurs, Flowius Manage tracks the activity, the type of repair, and materials needed, while marking the time and location of the completed activity.
Flowius Pay
Flowius Pay allows utilities and communities the ability easily track revenues, expenses, and cash flow.
Utilities use it to read water meters, calculate tariffs, and send out SMS invoices to customers. Then, it records payments from those customers to help improve the understanding of the actual cash flow of the utility. Not only that, but it can record one-time payments from customers for connection fees, repair costs, or any other payment a customer may make to the utility.
All of this then synchronizes with our database and our dashboard so we can have a better understanding of the financial health of community water systems.
